Arizona’s Elite Casino Dealer school. We specialize in teaching our students the techniques and knowledge necessary to obtain a career within the casino gaming industry, whether that is in a casino or for a private company. At Elite our courses in Poker, Craps, Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, will prepare you to work in the fast-paced and exciting casino gaming industry.

Our instructors are or have been apart of the hiring management teams that conducts the Auditions & Interviews at local Arizona, California, New Mexico and Las Vegas Casinos. We also have done the in house trainings inside casinos. We have full knowledge of what it takes to pass an audition and receive a job offer.
- We offer 5 Main Game Courses: Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps.
- Additional Carnival (side) games Pai-Gow Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’Em, 3 Card Poker, High Card Flush, Casino War, Let it Ride, Mississippi Stud and others which are considered optional.
- Our flexible school focuses more on results. We always have instructors on the floor to help you progress.
- You will learn on full sized casino tables to maximize your learning opportunity. -Our School designed to feel like a casino gaming floor.
- On average, our students take from 2 to 4 weeks to finish each course. We offer the ability to spend as much school time as needed to fit individual needs.
- Most of our courses have no start times or days. You can start and finish when it is convenient for you.
- When you register, you have 12 months to finish your course and/or courses.
- Most students find employment within a week.
- We give our students real live game and tournament experience with our Casino Rental company.
- You receive a certificate for each course you graduate.
- We offer Job Placement Assistance and referrals after graduation.
- We help our graduates throughout their gaming career. We welcome you back after you graduate to freshen up your skills.
